COLOR DISCLAIMER

We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! Please understand, we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling. If an error occurs due to a chemical service, FiveFifteen, LLC and its entities are not liable or held accountable for damage.

Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are not responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. 

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER 

We only supply Raw Unprocessed hair extensions. Please keep in mind that identical textures are not guaranteed. Each bundle is from a single donor and will not mimic all bundles at all times. When ordering 2+ bundles we strive to send you bundles that match as closely as possible. Some variations will occur.  Also some bundles may have a looser curl pattern then the picture we have listed online. It is not guaranteed that you will receive bundles that are identical to the picture listed. When ordering curly hair, please keep in mind that the longer the bundle the looser the curl. For example Burmese curly in 12”  you will find coils and ringlets throughout the bundle, verses a 28” bundle will be wavy though out with coils and ringlets towards the bottom of the bundle.
