What’s the difference between Virgin and RAW hair?

They are both human hair, however, virgin hair is washed, conditioned and a steaming method is used to make the hair softer to the touch and bouncy. Raw hair, on the other hand, is just that: RAW. It has not been steamed, processed or treated in any way. 

How many bundles will I need?

A full sew-in will normally require 2 to 3 bundles of hair depending on the texture.

What color are my bundles?

Besides our 613 collection, all bundles come in a natural black or brown color.

Can I color the hair?

YES! Our bundles are 100% human hair that has not been processed in any way. Please keep in mind that since this is human hair, coloring can alter the texture, luster, longevity and more.

How do I prevent shedding?

All hair sheds whether it be your natural hair, or bundle hair. WE suggest you don’t cut your wefts to prevent excess shedding, but if you must we recommend you seal your wefts.

How do I keep my hair bouncy and full of luster?

AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS!! Use styling products sporadically

How long will my bundles last?

The longevity of your bundles will ultimately depend on the overall care provided to the hair. Bundles that have been properly maintained can last as long as 6 months to a year.

What do I do if I receive the incorrect item?

Please contact FiveFifteen, LLC immediately via email. Please send pictures of the incorrect item that was sent along with a description of what was ordered versus what was sent. After verification, and return shipping label will be emailed for return. Once received a new shipment with corrected order will be sent.
